Every service provider on Verraa goes through an identity and profile review process before they can accept bookings.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details.

Data Privacy

In-Platform Messaging

Keep all communication inside Verraa's messaging system so there is a clear record and you never need to share personal contact details.

Transparent Reviews

Only verified customers who have completed a booking can leave a review. Ratings cannot be purchased, boosted, or removed.

Quality Standards

Services and providers that consistently receive poor reviews are investigated and may be removed from the platform.

Dispute Resolution

We have a structured process to resolve issues fairly for both sides.

Raise a dispute

If a booking didn't go as expected, customers can raise a dispute within the dispute window directly from their bookings page.

Provider has 48 hours to resolve

The provider is notified and given 48 hours to respond; they can issue a partial or full refund to resolve the matter directly.

Verraa steps in

If the dispute is not resolved within 48 hours, it is automatically escalated to Verraa, who will review both sides and make a final decision.

Safety Tips

Always book and pay through Verraa. Never send money outside the platform.
Keep all communication inside the Verraa messaging system.
Review a provider's profile, ratings, and reviews before booking.
If anything feels wrong, report it using the in-app support form immediately.
Never share sensitive personal information such as your home address until a booking is confirmed.
If a provider asks for payment outside of Verraa, report it to us straight away.
